  • 1 cup hazelnut milk, almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (two will do the trick too ? )
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

How do you make healthy chocolate milk?

All you have to do is put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend them. your healthy chocolate milk is done already! Would you prefer hot chocolate? Warm up the milk, but preferably not warmer than 40 degrees. Add the ingredients to the hot milk and stir well. As long as you don’t heat the milk above 40 degrees, the enzymes and other healthy substances of the raw cocoa and honey remain intact.
