Step 1: Select your blue®m products
The blue®m subscription: the best way to avoid running out of blue®m products! Carefree home delivery. Go to the product you want to subscribe to in our webshop. On the product page, select the option ‘Subscription’. You can subscribe to several products at once! Very easy.
Step 2: Select quantity and frequency
When you have chosen the ‘Subscription’ option, you can specify how many products you want to receive each time and how often. For example, would you like to receive 1 box of Sonic+ brush heads every six months? Then indicate this.
Step 3: Add to cart and go to checkout
Are the quantities and frequency set correctly? Then you can add it to your cart. If you want to subscribe to more products, repeat the above steps for the different products. After you have paid for your order, future amounts will be automatically charged to your bank account. Easy, right? We do our utmost to make sure you always get your products on time!
Step 4: Receive your products automatically
After completing your subscription, you will receive your first order as soon as possible. Once the delivery date of your selected frequency has passed, we will charge your bank account within a few days. Of course, we will send you your product(s) as soon as possible and you have nothing to worry about.

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want! This means you are not tied to any commitment. You can cancel your subscription in ‘My account’.
I want to change the content of my subscription, is that possible?
Of course you can. You first need to cancel your current subscription in ‘My account’. After you have done this, you can renew your subscription in the composition you want.
How long will it take before I receive my new products?
As soon as your chosen delivery date has passed, we will try to charge the amount via an automatic debit. This can take 3 to 4 working days. Once this is done, we will ship your products immediately and you will receive them as soon as possible. Once we ship your products, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code.
Which products are available for subscription?
It is possible to subscribe to a large part of our product range. Check the product page of the desired product to see if it is possible to subscribe to that product.
